Recently during some quality time with my niece I had the privilege of speaking with her about her menstrual cycle. I noticed she was using pads that didn't quite fit her properly and that when used, she would place them in a plastic sandwhich bag. I thought to myself, there has to be something better both for her and for the environment. That is how Femmy came to be.
